It is specifically designed for skiing and other outdoor environments and is recognised in the U.K. by the Health and Safety Executive\, which means it is applicable in all work environments too.\nThey will cover essentials like CPR Defibrillator use\, heart attack\, stroke\, bleeding\, broken bones\, strains and sprains and look at and explain hypo/hyperthermia diabetes and many other things.\nThe course will involve some practical role play situations to give some context and help to build your confidence in First Aid situations.\nThe cost of the course will be just 125CHF with all profits being donated to Raising Aspirations Through Sport.
