SUMMARY:Performance Course
DESCRIPTION:An exciting course aimed at those aged 10 – 16 who have learnt speed and versatility with Coggins\, and are interested in racing for the DHO\, their school or college or are taking skiing as part of their GCSE. The course is designed in conjunction with the Head Race Trainer of Swiss Ski School. \nThe content will include skiing performance and gate training complemented by video analysis\, and future training advice. \nThe course will run over five days\, Monday to Friday (approximately 09:00h to 16:30h). The cost will be CHF400.
