NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – that the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Royal Thames Yacht Club, 60 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7LF and via Zoom on Friday 16th October, 2026 at 18.15 hrs

3. To receive the President’s report
4. To receive the annual accounts for the year to 30th June 2026, together with the report of the Directors and the Independent accountants. (enclosed)
5. To re-appoint Messrs Moss & Williamson of Ashton-under-Lyne as independent accountants
6. To re-appoint Jolanda Groenhuizen, Non Executive Director for a further term of 3 years. (article 14.5 & 14.6 ) Proposed by:- Sarah Hoyle Seconded by Charlie Hainsworth
