NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – that the 24th  Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held via Zoom on Saturday 23rd  November 2024 at 11.00hrs via Zoom

 

 

  1. Apologies for Absence
  2. To receive the minutes of the DHO AGM held on 10th November 2023.  Click here https://downhillonly.com/minutes-of-the-2023-agm/  to view the minutes.
  3. To receive the President’s report
  4. To receive the annual accounts for the year to 30th June 2024, together with the report of the Directors and the Independent accountants
  5. To re-appoint Messrs Moss & Williamson of Ashton-under-Lyne as independent accountants
  6. To receive an update on the DHO Strategy Review
  7. To note the resignation of James Wilson, Vice President (article 14.4)
  8. To note the resignation of Richard Berry as Chairperson of the DHO Racing sub-committee  (article 15.1)
  9. To note the resignation of Marta Ruth as Clubroom Manager (article 15.5)
  1. To transact any other business which may be properly transacted at an Annual General Meeting, and for which notice has been deposited with the secretary four weeks before the meeting. (*A notice of a special resolution needs to be signed by not less than one twentieth of all members).

The Company Annual General Meeting will be followed by a meeting of the Club at which general business is considered.
