Ken MacAllister has been busy this week leading our members around the slopes
Saturday 11th January
Wengen and jungfrau in general have been quiet this week, although excitement is building for the lauberhorn races next weekend.
Weather has been very mixed all week, with (until today) high winds effecting lifts operations and snow conditions.
This week we have had just about everything from rain , to sunshine and some very challenging piste conditions.
Today was settled with poor visibility all morning. However the sun appeared in the afternoon and some great cold snow now covers the previously stripped tops.
Member numbers for skiing have been moderate with groups of up to 6. The clubhouse has been jumping and the non skiing contingent are having a great time.
