What is getting close? Your skiing trip of course, what else! The snow has been falling all over the place. The first run down the Lauberhorn has happened. The other day the first Scottish Gully descents this winter were completed. Any number of social media sources have posted the first scenes of snow, multiple back flips, gentle powder turns & working piste bashers. Close to home, check out the video all about the new Gondola from the Story Creatives on Facebook (if you still use it), you’ll find it on face book. Are you coming out for Christmas? Are you looking forward to your spring ski trip? Either way we’re off to a promising start.
The AGM is happening on Friday (22/11), will you make it? I’m looking forward to our winter kick start, a wee catch up about the recent snow and of course some organisational chat. Quite delighted to be making it down for the second year running. And what a treat to celebrate with Ingie too.
Have you seen the app ‘what3words’? If you’ll be in Wengen with the snow for Christmas, get it downloaded for the Christmas family challenge known as the Heinz Cup. It’s going to be treasure hunt heaven! Make sure you send a member of the family to the DHO Club room on Boxing Day morning (between 08:30 & 10:00) for your guide to a St Stephens Day adventure! Expect skiing, fun, camaraderie, challenge, competition & prizes.
