It’s feeling a lot like Christmas. I think that may be true in Britain as well? So, here in Wengen the streets, the trees, the roofs and the pistes are covered in snow. Ski Instructors are waiting for work, the Hotels are beginning to open. Which means everyone is feeling very optimistic. So here’s to a lovely Christmas. I can’t wait to enjoy a selection of gluhwein at the first Gluhwein Festival Wengen next Saturday 23rd December!
Our club room opens tomorrow, and our first DHO ski day is on Sunday. Both I and Jane are looking forward to a fabulous first full week of the season with whomever is here. Also, our first event will be just after Christmas on Thursday 28th. Look out for sign up forms on Christmas eve. There will be another chance to find out what the Heinz cup will consist of during office hour on Wednesday 27th December.
